Eco Dog Abode

Mike Rausch and his pals at Johnson Squared have created the perfect home for your pooch that provides the perfect balance of ecology and architecture and now you can buy the plans to make your very own.
The project was created for the PAWS of Bainbridge Island Charity event and features a 4x4 doghouse with GreenGrid planter modules that are filled with durable Sedum species plants. This dog house is the epitomy of "Barkitecture" and not only keeps your dog safe from the elements but is a work of art as well.
An inverted "L" shapes the modern lines of its roof and a vertical wall to protect your canine friend from wind and rain. Vented plywood partitions with interlocked joints provide minimalist walls which rest on a horizontal plane of Ipe decking.
Just contact the folks at Johnson Squared and get your design and construction drawings.
