A cafe style drink... for your pup!
In the summer, my husband and I often head to a coffee shop that has outdoor seating so we can bring our dog a long with us. My husband I get a delicious drink to sip while we people watch. My dog, however, gets his usual... water. Well, this does not have to be the case any longer.
My dog can now enjoy a capoochino or a waggalatte from javadumutt.com. These drinks start off as a beef or chicken flavored paste that you mix with water, stick in the microwave for a few seconds and serve warm in a dog dish or coffee mug (that part is up to you). Now, of course, you wouldn't give this drink to your dog in place of water. It is meant to be a treat. In a standard serving, the waggalatte drink has only 20 calories in it, while the capoochino has only 15 calories. This is half the number of calories of some popular dog treats.
The paste comes in one pound tubs, that makes about 75 servings. After you open a tub, it can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
When checking out, enter coupon code 0308 for 20% off your order. But, act fast... it's only good through March 31st.

To all you dog owners out there: You HAVE to try this product! I ordered both flavors about 3 weeks ago because I thought the product was the greatest idea. I have to say that at first I was a little bit worried about the salt content, but I showed it to my dog's vet who said it is a much healthier "treat" than most store bought dog biscuits, which are high in fat and fillers. Not only that, most dog biscuits are made with beef or chicken FLAVOR (just read the package!) whereas this product has real beef and chicken meat listed as the first ingredient. Scout, my Border Collie, gives this 2 paws up!
My friends and I attended CityDog Magazine’s Puppy Love MuttMixer with our hounds in tow. It was held at W Hotel here in Seattle - super great time!!! Got a gift bag FULL of fun stuff, but the thing everyone was talking about as they looked through their gift bags was the jar of Waggalatte or Capoochino (each bag got one kind). I got Waggalatte (beef flavor) and both of my friends got Capoochino (chicken flavor). OMG the stuff is awesome! Since the party, we’ve shared the two flavors so that our dogs could try both. They love it! And it actually looks like a latte when it's all mixed, which is the funniest thing ever! Anyway, if you are into cool new treats, this is the thing to try.
